Venture through time learning the history and expand your knowledge of Ceylon tea by understanding subtle differences in grain, texture, colour, strength and flavour across high, mid and low grown teas. As you learn the science behind the assortment of tea and tasting tea from various regions, you could also visit the HVA Foods Head Office, which is a functioning factory and do a little bit of tea tasting.
