As you observe the different techniques of choosing the most ideal vegetables and ingredients to accompany the perfect meal , observe the rush and art of the market vendors.
Upon your return to the hotel, learn how to cook using natural local spices and the different cuisine techniques from Kandy as well as personal tips from the chef himself. Once prepared you can enjoy your lunch overlooking a panoramic view of the hills.
